Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, workspace and billing information, support communications, authentication and security records, and service usage information. Customer Data is processed according to your instructions when you use Jylus. Website analytics may record page visits, referral information, device characteristics, and signup-flow events without recording form or Customer Data contents.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure accounts, operate and support Jylus, process billing, communicate service information, prevent abuse, comply with law, and understand and improve the service. Jylus does not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models unless you expressly agree.
Disclosure and service providers
We disclose information only where needed to service providers supporting hosting, payments, email, identity, security, analytics, or support; where you direct an integration; in a business transfer subject to appropriate protection; or where required by law. Providers may process information in Australia or other countries where they or their infrastructure operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, security, legal, tax, and dispute requirements. Customer Data retention follows your plan, workspace settings, deletion requests, and any separate agreement, subject to lawful retention and normal backup cycles.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, credential protection, tenant isolation, transport security, monitoring, and controlled service-provider access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information, ask questions about its handling, or make a privacy complaint by contacting Jylus. You may also close your account or adjust available workspace retention and communication settings. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Complaints and contact
Contact support@jylus.ai with a privacy request or complaint. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice for legal, security, operational, or service changes. We will publish the updated date and provide additional notice where a change materially affects how we handle personal information.
