Data-processing terms for your workload.

Where Jylus processes personal information on a customer's behalf, appropriate data-processing terms can be incorporated into a separate written agreement. The agreement can address processing instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, assistance, deletion, and applicable cross-border requirements.

Public Service Terms and the Privacy Notice continue to apply unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Jylus does not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models without express agreement.
